Upon receiving your order, if a carton shows signs of external damage, DO NOT ACCEPT IT!! If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please call during normal tapes office hours. If you must stage return an item for tapes any reason, the return must include a copy of the invoice and a letter of explanation. The box must be covered in brown paper with the shipping stage label adhered. Defaced merchandise will not receive full credit. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an R.A. Special orders, books, sheet music, software, mouthpieces, pickups, videos, and harmonicas are NON-returnable. Exchange only on digital recording equipment.
