If you lighting must return an item for any reason, production and stage the return must include a copy lighting of the production invoice stage and lighting and production and a letter of explanation. The box must be covered in brown paper with the shipping label adhered. Defaced merchandise will not receive full credit. No returned stage merchandise will be accepted without an R.A. Special orders, books, sheet music, software, lighting mouthpieces, pickups, videos, and harmonicas are NON-returnable. Exchange only on digital recording production equipment. Any returns must be accompanied by a note of explanation and a copy of the invoice.
