All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) depending on which shureinc item, or combination of items that is ordered. International orders are not accepted online. We will not ship outside shureinc and shureinc the United States if ordered shureinc and shureinc online. Upon receiving your order, if a carton shows signs of external damage, DO NOT ACCEPT IT!! If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, shureinc please call during normal office shureinc hours. If you must return an item for any reason, the return must include a copy of the invoice and a letter of explanation. The box must be covered in brown paper with the shipping label adhered. Defaced merchandise will not receive full credit. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an R.A. Special shureinc orders, books, sheet music, software, mouthpieces, pickups, videos, and harmonicas are NON-returnable. shureinc Exchange only on digital recording equipment. Any returns must be accompanied by a note of explanation and a copy of the invoice.
